This 11″ h x 33″ w 6-fold brochure was commissioned by the Rotary Club of Saint Paul, as the city was preparing to host the 2008 Republican Convention. Since I had once lived and worked in downtown Saint Paul, I was familiar with many sites and was thrilled to walk about and examine the city’s riverfront development, new public artwork, and pedestrian-friendly areas.
Together with Rotary members Carol Bufton (project manager) and Deborah Gelbach (writer), I helped to spotlight 13 downtown Saint Paul locations. I had the pleasure of illustrating sites such as the Landmark Center, the Herb Brooks commemorative bronze sculpture, Mickey’s Diner, among others.
Please arrange for a portfolio review to see the whole brochure. A full pdf may be available for view in the future.
